Panchachuli also known as Nyola locally is group of five peaks of eastern Kumaon Himalaya range located in Darma valley. The Nyola yangti (river) is originated from Panchachuli glacier. Dantu and Dugtu villages have settled on the both side of Nyola yangti. Distance of the Panchachuli base camp is 4 km from these villages, we can easily reach base camp form Dantu-Dugtu village. This valley is endowed with nature. Rich with flora and fauna, various types of aromatic flowers, medicinal plants, herbs, berries and wild animals are seen in the Bugyals.

Best Month to visit:  late April to November
